Maimonides School is an top-notch Jewish Day School. The administration has made many recent, positive changes to its model. The academics - both general studies as well as Judaic studies - are top-notch; the teachers are warm and engaging - and they are incredibly dedicated to their students and to the school. The students at Maimonides are known to be true 'menches'. Definitely recommend!

As an alumni from 2017, I'd like to start with that this place made college feel easy considering the dual curriculum and challenging classes. However, as a jewish school I felt that this institution relies too much on gap year programs to instill a sense of jewish pride and identity. I left this school knowing how to read a gemara, but with no desire to keep any halacha, Torah, or traditions. This was due in part to one of the rabbis being borderline abusive towards me. He would constantly put me down academically, compare me to my peers, and even called me herpes face in front of my friends after I developed an infection on my face. In the end this place will prepare your child well for college, but if your first gen or are thinking that this place will encourage your child to pursue a jewish lifestyle, I'd look somewhere else.
This is a good school academically, it’s very challenging, demanding and educational. It’s also great socially as the students and staff there are very welcoming, understanding, fun and family oriented. The school quickly becomes your home and you get to know everyone quite well because it is a small school. It being a small school also gives students more opportunities and more attention with teachers and faculty. The students are listened to and heard, and the school is always looking out for them and finding ways to improve.
