Every student has the opportunity to be involved in a variety of organizations. With help from Cornell Cooperative Extension, young children are provided with an after-school program providing snacks and activities. Sports are great -on any level! The best thing about Lyme, if you express interest in an extracurricular, you are welcomed.

My teachers at Lyme made me look forward to coming to school. After graduating and attending college, I have learned that the students that attend Lyme are very lucky.
Lyme is very safe. The doors to the school remained locked during the day so no suspicious people can enter. If students are bullied they can easily access an adult or student to talk to. The police have came to Lyme with their K-9 unit to ensure a drug-free school. Overall Lyme is a very safe school; the kids do not want anything bad to happen. Safety is a collectively-shared ideal.
