I have loved my time at Lutheran High School. As a senior I have a good idea of the school as whole. The small size creates a supportive and personal environment where teachers can form close relationships with students. Students succeed in college after graduation and the teachers and the community around the school adds to the positive environment. One thing I'd like to see improve is the facilities, something the school has already addressed in part.

I loved my four years at Lutheran! The teachers all knew me by name, but they also really cared about my grades, my life, and my future. I had family problems that I never had a problem talking to my teachers about. They helped me deal with my stress and anxiety and they legitimately cared about my safety and happiness. The campus was nice because it was not big, and very easy to navigate. The coaches were very concerned with making sure the players excelled on the court and in the classroom. Because the school was so small, I was able to develop close, personal relationships with most every student. The students of Lutheran considered the student and faculty as more of a big family, than classmates and teachers. The sports teams and clubs had strong ties that I have seen excel many years past high school. Many teachers have been described as students biggest role models, and were often invited to big life events after high school, such as weddings. Teachers made class fun, but also taught many things.
Great students and staff. Teachers work with students both during and after class. All teachers know their students by name and help them understand what they're teaching.
