They do the best they can operating on limited funds and still having to abide by SC Public school rules/standards. There is no where else I would have rather gone to school. The people are like family, staff and students.

Lowcountry Montessori School is a free spirited school that gives you the freedom you need to feel like you can learn. This school is also a school that lets you learn at your own pace. The cons of this school would have to be that the school trips are NEVER planned well enough in advance. Also things always change at last minute and money that we gave them seems to disappear.
This is an amazing place where staff treat students like family. Opportunities include a great outdoor learning environment. Students with special needs thrive here.
