I’ve learned a lot in the 2 years I was here. I gained many long-lasting friendship. Although our voices weren’t heard as much by the administration, there was a lot of fun! Everyone got along togetehr and it was one big family.

LSMSA is a place for minds and ambition to grow. Dorm life establishes a culture of symbiotic relationships that endure difficult and fun times alike. The social atmosphere is shadowed by a constant desire to get more out of education, and the terminal degree-holding professors welcome students with open doors, a will to listen and teach, and genuine enthusiasm for their role in a student's life. In going to LSMSA, I have grown far faster as a person and with deeper understanding for what it means to work hard with others toward something for which I feel passion and excitement.
Louisiana School for Math, Science, and the Arts has greatly increased my opportunities for the future, giving me the ability to reach my full potential. Perhaps my favorite aspect of the school is the personal relationship between the professors and the students, as well as the genuine care of every instructor. Also, class discussions are always open and welcome, allowing you to be exposed to diverse opinions and new ideas. If I could see anything change, it would be the living conditions. It is a boarding school, and the dormitories are quite old. However, this is less of an issue with the school itself and more of an issue with state funds, for it is a public school.
