Living Wisdom School of Palo Alto Reviews
They have opposite needs. One is keenly interested in sophisticated subjects, sometimes only taught at the college level. The other one's academic interests are much more limited. But he requires close emotional support and guidance.
Living Wisdom has managed to provide tailored experiences to both!
And my children didn't simply get instructed to pass through grades. They have bloomed into mature and well-rounded young adults with a positive and holistic outlook on life right before my eyes!
Here is a startling example. The principal and the teachers are still checking in with my elder one, even after he has long gone to college. They are not merely his "former teachers" but part of his extended family!
Our commitment to the Arts complements and strengthens student learning in more traditional academic subjects.
Winter and Spring concerts and theater productions teach students to be poised and cooperative, to perform under pressure, and to develop public speaking skills. Field trips help them develop qualities of perseverance, endurance, empathy, and inner strength. Camping out at Yosemite, backpacking at Point Reyes, kayaking on Tomales Bay, attending The Ashland Oregon Shakespearean Festival, or navigating the Getty Museum in Los Angeles broadens horizons in myriad ways.
We offer an Education for Life!
