The faculty is really nice and work with you outside of class time. Lots of diverse city. The food lunch line can get pretty crazy and is always a race to get to the front, but if that is the biggest problem in our school then I think that we’re doing a pretty good job. Definitely pushes college readiness constantly almost too much but I guess that’s a good thing. The school is constantly building new things new buildings improving old buildings getting new clubs new sports we just got the swim team and bowling team we have an archery team we have a rock climbing club we have a lot of different clubs and a lot of encouragement to start your own club. For the most part teachers work really hard with the exception of coaches Sometimes.

Headmaster Dr. Gary Arnold is world class. He came to LR Christian in 2006, and in his ten year tenure he has taken this school above and beyond what anyone thought possible -- expanding a beautiful campus, increasing test scores, and putting God at the forefront of everything we do. A few years ago, LR Christian was awarded a Blue Ribbon for academic excellence by the US Department of Education. This award was only given to three private schools in the nation that year. LR Christian is a phenomenal environment to grow up in. The staff truly loves and cares for its students. LR Christian taught me how to be a leader through academics and athletics. Playing football and baseball on campus at some of the best facilities in the state were huge privileges. I've made so many great friends over the years at school. I loved my time at LR Christian and would do it again in a heartbeat!
The teacher to student ratio is excellent. The teacher get to know their students and teach on a one on one level when needed. There are classes for every type of person and their interests. LRCA offers a unique opportunity called J-Term for highschoolers, where they get to choose classes or trips based on their internists. These classes and trips can range from community service, to learning the physics behind superheros, to traveling to places such as France, Ireland, and New York. The teachers love to make classes fun, so there are surprises throughout the school year including eating breakfast and watching a class related movie, random dance outbreaks, and my favorite the free food.
