LISA Academy leads the way in helping students succeed in school and in the workplace. Our tuition-free public charter schools have been ranked among the best by U.S. News & World Report and feature a 100% graduation rate and 95% college acceptance. Our STEM curriculum focuses on math, science, and technology plus a wide selection of extracurricular activities and athletic programs to improve social and physical skills.

Even virtually, we offer great services to support families and students with free Chromebooks, Internet hotspots, instructors trained in virtual STEM curriculum, counseling, and IT support.

The mission of LISA Academy is to provide an academically rigorous college preparatory program, in partnership with students, families, and the community, and guide all students in gaining knowledge, skills, and the attitude necessary to direct their lives, improve a diverse society, and excel in a changing world by providing dynamic, resource-rich learning environments.

The best thing about LISA Academy North MHS is the classes. I like that you can choose a career pathway to follow and that advanced classes are accessible. The worst thing about the school is the people. At the end of the day, not everyone is going to get along, but teachers and students alike have horrible attitudes at this school. This can be a distraction and has been a distraction, from the learning environment. I would like to see this high school be more like a high school with its freedoms and activities.

I am a senior in high school who has been going to Lisa Academy since I was in elementary school. I've seen this school change in so many ways, mostly for the better! There isn't much extracurricular wise, if that bothers you then you probably wouldn't like it here. However, the college prep is insane. I feel much more prepared than my non-Lisa peers. If you're looking for a school that is hyperfocused on the future of its students, then this school is the perfect fit for you. If you're looking for a school that is spirit-based and highly values sports/extracurriculars- keep looking.

I have attended Lisa Academy since I was in elementary school and am currently a Junior in high school. This school has seen numerous changes, almost all of them for the better. There aren't many extracurricular activities available. The college prep is fantastic. Compared to people i know who go to other schools , I feel much more prepared. This institution is ideal for you if you're seeking for a school that is totally committed to the future of its students. If you're looking for a school that places a strong emphasis on extracurricular activities and athletics then I would look elsewhere.
