Linn High School Reviews
Rating 3.68 out of 5 22 reviews
One of the things I like about Linn High School is that the small size gives you a few more opportunities. You get to know all of your classmates, and there are almost always opportunities to spend time with teachers one-on-one. One thing I would really like to see change is the involvement in the community. Being an athlete, it was really disappointing when we were having a good season, but no one would come out to support us. This is very discouraging and honestly pathetic. I understand that everyone has their own lives going on, but crowds at these games used to be huge, even when these teams had losing records. Also, there needs to be more support for the girls' teams. When we played basketball, there would be a small crowd for us girls who ended the season second in our substate. The boys had packed crowds and I believe they only had four wins on the season. There are many things that need to be changed at this school. This just seems to be the most recent.
Overall is has been pretty good. Although I would like to see the culture change, involving homework. I would like to see it come more competitive on homework, so we are more encouraged to do it and do better. I would also like to see more tools and technology put in the ag shop. I believe the ag shop deserves an update because lots of people rely on trades for their work and make lots of money.
I can say i like everything about this school. It has the readiness to set a student ready for the next level of education. Their facilities are good for my liking ..They have good school culture and they take their hygiene very seriously in terms of the food they serve. They involve parents to be able to good leaders in the future ...i kinda like every thing about how things are done in the school
