Lincoln High School Reviews
Rating 3.87 out of 5 542 reviews
We've had two very different kids who had the same experience at Lincoln -- they loved it. They were adequately challenged in core classes, benefited from electives (product design, jazz, construction management, personal finance, culinary arts and more), and participated in after school sports and clubs (went to nationals after placing first in state in Mock Trial, track, football, wresting, soccer and more). Every student seems to find their group and place at this school thanks to an excellent teaching and administrative staff and supportive community. This year, with the new building AND track and field; this school can't be beat! The only thing we'd like to see changed is that EVERY eligible young adult attend. GO CARDS! Global. Open-minded. Caring. Altruistic. Respectful. Dedicated. Supportive.
During my time at Lincoln High School, I had a mixed experience with both positive and negative aspects. One of the best parts was the community of students and teachers. It was nice to be surrounded by individuals from different backgrounds and cultures, fostering a rich learning environment. Additionally, the school offered a variety of extracurricular activities, clubs, and sports teams that allowed students to explore their interests and develop their talents. However, one of the worst parts was the overcrowded classrooms, which often made it difficult to receive personalized attention and hindered effective learning.
My experience at Lincoln High School in Stockton California was amazing. I attended Lincoln High School for a total of four years starting from freshman year and graduating as a senior this pass summer of 2023. In the four years of attending this high school, i have met many amazing people, teachers and classmates. I enjoyed all of my instructors throughout the years as well as my classes. I joined many different clubs such as Key club, Chinese club, vietnamese club and many more. Unfortunately during my time attending Lincoln High School, we as a nation suffered through a pandemic, Covid-19. It was a very difficult time in my life, especially with having to learn how to navigate high school via distant learning through a laptop screen. I was glad to be able to attend my senior year learning in person. I missed alot of high school activities that i would have normally been able to join if not due to the pandemic.
