Lincoln College Preparatory Academy is a very good school. If you're really serious about attending college and wanting to pursue a good career, this is the school for you. I recommend others to join Lincoln really early though as it will get difficult a bit if you're coming in say for example, your junior or sophomore year. It's better to start early and to stay focused otherwise it'll get really tough as it is a college prep school and they want you to be ready. I wouldn't really change anything about this school. This fall will be my last year at Lincoln and I can say it's been a really great experience as far and I can't wait to graduate from here, I'm sure you'd love it too!

My experience at Lincoln College Prep was great. My whole academic career was a success, I was able to grasp a academic full ride scholarship by becoming a Kauffman Scholar. I also got the chance to play Division 1 basketball at the University of Missouri Kansas City. Lincoln College Prep really prepared me for the college, I feel I was even overly prepared compared to some of my peers here on campus. My years at Lincoln were some to remember, I went from being a middle school student too becoming a intelligent young adult. For that I thank Lincoln because without this school system the Steven Dulley I know today wouldn't exist.
Lincoln College Prep was an interesting 4 years. The facilities were terrible, food was terrible, and long nights of doing work also were very stressful. Busy work was prevalent, funding wasn't the best and the administration was inconsistent. However, I do believe somewhere within this cog in the education system there is a good school somewhere in there, our teachers do genuinely care and students are passionate about education. It's a shame potential can't be FULLY reached due to being an inner city school in a terrible district.
