I came to Life School Red Oak my freshman year and lived it! There is always someone's there to be your friend and treat you like an equal! We are all just one big family; we care about each other and would do anything for each other. Something's I would like to see change is; to have two or more gyms for multiple sports in seasons, have an stadium for football and soccer, have stands ready for the baseball and softball field and more classrooms so our teachers don't have to share classrooms. Overall Life School is a lovely school with its own kind of style and quality.

I've been at my school since I was in kindergarten and now I am a junior. When I was younger I loved everything about my school. The teachers made us feel special and we had class activities that made learning fun. When learning our multiplication table in 3rd grade, one game we would play to ensure that student would learn was Around the World. Basically each student would go against another student and whoever could stay in the game until the end saying the answer to the multiplication problem mentally would win and receive a prize. The class was always excited to play this game and everyone ending up learning their multiplication table and acing the tests! What makes this school unique is that overall the students relationships with the teachers is very friendly (sometimes funny) and the teachers seem to genuinely like their jobs. Sports are a big deal at school and even students who have graduate still come to games and support the teams. If given the chance to choose this school again I would despite some issues that have occurred throughout recent years.
My child attended this school for a year and the experience was terrible. There was a severe lack of leadership, weak academics, selective discipline, and a pervasive culture of favoritism among teachers. The best thing I ever did was pull my child out of this school.
