Liberty is a fantastic school if you're looking for a really good education. It has an amazing faculty and course structure. It's small, so everyone knows everyone else. Everyone who goes to Liberty wants to be there, which is really nice because it creates an supportive and academic environment. The people at Liberty are really nice, and it's easy to make friends. It has a pretty good variety of classes, although most of the focus is on STEM. There isn't a big variety of art classes or languages, although there are some. The English classes at Liberty are fantastic, and possibly the best part of the whole school.
However, if you want to do a lot of extra curriculars outside of school, Liberty is probably not the school for you. Time spent doing homework can range anywhere from one hour (on a good day) to four hours. It can be really hard to balance school life with just life. Liberty is a lot of work. I would say it's worth it!

I went to school at Liberty since I was in second grade. The teachers are excellent. They are professional and they genuinely care about your learning and your future. They are there to help you and they know the subjects they are teaching just as well as my college professors if not better. However, this school is academically grueling and the culture surrounding academics can be very toxic. The school is small and everyone knows everyone and their last name. This can be good or bad depending on whether or not you want to re-invent yourself. The school is overwhelmingly Christian with very Republican views. There is dress code and phones are not allowed along with absolutely no tolerance for anything like drugs, vaping, pregnancy, or anything of the sort. It's definitely a different place.
The only reason that I gave this school 3 stars is because I like the people that go here. The workload is unbearable and the curriculum is largely disinteresting. I just finished my junior year in which we were required to take physics (not required at any other school in Fort Collins) and it was extremely boring and challenging. The school does not provide a counselor and they have absolutely no idea how many kids need one. They care more about their SAT scores than anyone’s mental or physical well-being. They also do not care if you possess other talents that are not directly academically based. Even some awards for sports/PE just go to the same kids that win every academic award which is ridiculous. They do not give enough funding to their sports programs as they do not care even when they do very well. I would say that it is a good environment peer wise, which is why I gave it 3 stars. Without that, I would have said like 1.5.
