We feel that Liberty develops well rounded children. They have great spiritual life with bible every day and chapel. The academics are great and that they have caring teachers. I like that they get a wide variety of enrichment programs such as PE every day, art, music, music performance, technology, super science labs, robotics, library and Jr. sport league offerings. I like that the teachers have control of the classrooms and therefore feel that there are less behavior issues than other schools. I am excited how the school and its board continually are looking to improve the school. They have added more student pastors and created an academic Dean and President position within the school structure. I feel as my children advance in the upper grades, they will have ample opportunities to grow spiritually , academically and socially because they will have a wide variety of programs to fit their needs/interests.

It claims to be a Christian school, I personally do not think it held to that standard by the attitude of a lot of the students and some of the staff. Academics were awesome but very stressful, expect to stay up into the early hours of the morning to finish everything. Overall, I had wonderful teachers who actually cared about my success and actively helped me in whatever I was having trouble with. Conclusion: It's a good school, especially if public school didn't work out, and you have a need for advanced learning/wanting to prepare for college. Just don't expect much from the spiritual life department.
I found friends that will be a part of my life forever in high school. The idea sounds crazy, but I love the breaks in college because I get to come home and spend it with my high school friends from band. Liberty Christian's band is led by three fantastic directors, one of which I consider to be a father. Throughout high school my paternal father had no choice but to spend all four of my birthdays out of town on business. Knowing this, my percussion director went the extra mile and would ask me how my week went and before I knew it we were in a full blown discussion about how although time away from my father was difficult, God was in control and would bless my father's business trips! Without the encouragement and musical growth provided by the band directors, I would have never tapped into my potential as a percussionist!
