I have been a student at LPMS for about 5 months now I've been to 4 different schools and LPMS is by far the worst I personally have learning differences and am on an IEP some teachers here have disrespected and not obeyyed that IEP the teachers have been verbally rude to me. The teachers always assume what you do is wrong administration has been nothing but a pain the community of this school won't except you unless your rich
tons of bullying. Harassment is definitely a huge problem and teachers do nothing. Basically the junior high equivalent of the school from 13rw
We only have one middle school in the district and five elementary schools. So all of the sudden there’s a ton of kids you’ve never met. You might recognize them from local competitions but now they’re in your classes and you can sit with them at lunch. It was a really neat experience. But I also think that the student body is way too big for the building. And although the teachers all did an amazing job handling 30+ middle schoolers in each class, it felt crowded and cramped.

Students are prepared to succeed in high school. They have lots of choices for classes and opportunities for success.
The security measures are strong and students feel safe here. There are not usually security concerns and when something happens, parents are notified by text alert and email.
There is a wide variety of extracurricular activities, sports and clubs. Coaches are great.
I would definitely choose this experience again. Having only the 7th and 8th grade in the school made a great transition for going to high school. The teachers and staff are great.
All of the teachers are friendly and care about the students. Many go above and beyond to ensure success.
