Down to earth students, faculty and staff members. Great community and environment! Teachers were always very helpful and determined to lead us on the right path for graduation readiness and prep for college. Students were very connected and had varieties of cultures around the school which taught me to work well with every student.. we always met coming and going military students and transfers from around the wrold ! This school felt like home

Leilehua high school is the best high school I've ever attended. The teachers genuinely strive to help you. They want you to succeed. I'm a white, blond girl and I was accepted into the school amazingly. Military families sometimes are worried about the diversity and being the minority, but leilehua is the most friendly and open school out of the 6 I've attended. The transition center helps you get adapted and learn about the school, and they give you a chance to meet friends. Great school!
Leilehua High School is the best public high school in the island of Oahu. The faculty, staff, and overall atmosphere make it such a prestigious high school. Not to mention the special programs and athletics we have to offer. The school invests in the SMARTS and Naviance programs to offer as much help to us, the students. The SMARTS program is a free tutoring opportunity where teachers of all the major subjects help us, the students, with any sort of problem we may face. The Naviance program is an online college helper that has everything about the colleges you are interested in. The College and Career Center, and our counselors keep track of our interests through Naviance. The overall atmosphere at Leilehua High School is very diverse. Schofield Barracks is located very near Leilehua, so we have kids from different ethnicities and backgrounds come together. From my freshmen year, all the way to my senior year, there is always a positive vibe flowing through the campus.
