The part I love most about Leigh is the atmosphere. The relationships between students and teachers is all about respect and I always feel listened to and actively involved in my classes. The staff really cares about the students at Leigh and wants to make sure they are using their high school years to the fullest. I also love the relationships between students and their peers, where I feel like there is still a lot of respect. However I would love to see more school spirit!

Lots of supportive people at Leigh! Administration, Activities Director, College and Career Advisor, librarians, and registrar are all gems. A strong academic community within advanced classes without the cutthroat atmosphere of some nearby public schools.
I am parent and I thought academically my children had a very good education. Some teachers were sought after more than others, as with any school. My children, I have twins, took AP courses beginning their SO year and did well. This was helpful in getting them into the college of their choice. All in all academically a good school. There were a number of clubs to choose from, the sports are ranked high, they finally got a full time person to help prepare the students for college, which was great! I felt both my kids participated in everything they could getting involved with clubs, sports and school culture. They are currently making any positive improvements as well in and around the school.
