At Lehman Catholic, I was raised in a smaller environment but it created bonds with peers and teaching in a more personalized light. We were able to get a better understanding on certain subjects, creating a stronger hold on our education and a liking being in class. And with all my four years of attending, not only have I grow in education but also in faith. Unlike many schools in my area, in my Catholic school we still leave room to learn our faith. This has been such an amazing experience for me throughout the years. Lehman has also prepared me for my future, teaching me not only the basics of sciences, math, and English but how to make a better mark as an adult. In business, another language, spreading my faith to those who would love to hear, and in the bigger picture, for new friendships and careers.
My experience at Lehman Catholic high school was excellent. I was able to make longtime and new friends along the way at Lehman and create longtime relationships with my friends and teachers. Everybody will know your name, just like everybody knew who I was. Most of the students at Lehman like me even if we've never met which always warms my heart so much. What I like abut Lehman is how much emphasis they put on the catholic faith and Gods teaching. Every Friday we have mass at school which is great for those who need a little time with God. Lehman has a wide variety of things to do like cad classes, art classes and sketch club, sports activities, stock club, board game club, and much more. Lehman makes me feel like I belong here with all my friends to learn about the catholic faith, be like God, and make new friends in and out of school. If there was anything that would change about Lehman is that they need more time in between classes to get books so students are not late.
I had the best 4 years of my life at Lehman. I was involved in varsity volleyball and softball all 4 years as well as many service clubs and national honor society. I met so many amazing people and teachers who have helped me become who i am today. Lehman is not only a school but a family that i am so happy to be a part of. If i could change anything about my 4 years at Lehman it would simply be to slow down and take in all of the special moments, from sports games, to high school dances, I will miss it all.
