We are having an excellent experience at LVA. My children are involved in many different activities such as plays and basketball. The basketball team is undefeated right now. Students start clubs they are interested in and are supported The Principals work with the parents, kids and teachers. The teachers get to know the students. My older child was prepared so well for college. He had no problems adjusting to the work or college life. The IB Programmes are the way to go!

Lehigh Valley Academy is a rigorous curriculum that really prepares you college. It is mostly an academic based school and it is advanced compared to public schools. The curriculum being taught is great and the school even offers students the opportunity to obtain the IB Diploma. If students are more focused in studying engineering or biomed there is a Career Program that allows those students prepare for a career in that field. Overall the school is good, including many clubs and extracurricular activities. Unfortunately the school has very little sports teams and lacks the real high school experience. Other than that LVA has a great community.
It is a good school! I am currently a freshman who has never gone anywhere else, so I may be a little bit biased. I love all my teachers, because they try their best to teach us what we need to know - both for exams, and life. I like the course work, although it is challenging . I know it is how I will get ready for college. I have friends who have graduated and they say that LVA really prepared them for college.
