I’ve had a great experience at this school, after 4 years I can’t think of any negative experiences that would’ve been at fault of the school. Obviously I’ve had issues with friends and things like that but I’ve never felt as if the school was at fault. I felt as if I needed anything they would’ve been there to help. All teachers and staff are very nice that I’ve had and care for students well being in my experience. The atmosphere is great for the most part, students are friendly and I haven’t witnessed much bullying or mistreatment of other students. Obviously there are cliques like there would be at any school-that’s unavoidable in high school, but I’ve found that no one is really mean to eachother based on that. Like I said I’ve had great experiences!

I think my overall experience of Legend High School was mixed. There was a lot of good things about Legend, like how involved we are with our special needs program. Legend is committed to making our Unified kids feel like they are at home and normal like everyone else. We don't fail to draw in neighbors for events, whether it be Unified sports or Unified cooking. I was also apart of the softball program. I have nothing bad to say about the program but I do have to say that there was no support for our team. That leads me to my negative viewpoint and the thing I want to change. There should be equal support for girls volleyball that there is for softball. We had won state two years in a row and nobody cared for it and most students skipped the assembly. Then again if this was the volleyball team, the story would be completely different.
I love the feeling of being apart of a big family at this school and getting involved with sporting events and events hosted by the school. Legend gave me the best high school experience I could imagine as it provided me with many opportunities to get ahead on my education and make lots of friends. Coming from a small charter school, I felt welcomed into this community and I am glad I chose to go here!
