Legacy is a great school! I have loved my time there. One of the most obvious advantages is the teacher to student ratio. I can always go to my teachers during enrichment and ask questions. The class sizes are much smaller, so every kid has the opportunity to ask questions that may not be encouraged in a public school environment. I have a superior education while still getting to experience things that most high school students get to like homecoming and prom. One advantage is that in addition to participating in these events, I have had the opportunity to help in setting these events up. I would highly recommend Legacy to anyone. One thing I would change is school spirit. While it has vastly improved over the years, it is still somewhat lacking. I would like to see a group of kids genuinely excited and proud of our school. Overall, Legacy is an amazing school, and I have learned so much more than I would have anywhere else.

The atmosphere at Legacy is warm and inviting. Bullying is basically non-existent at our school. Every single one of the teachers want that is best for their students. Although school is about academics, I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. I've made the closest friends I will ever have, and some of those include teachers. The administration continually looks at how the school can be improved and if the students needs are being met. Being a private school and not getting state funding has been a downside to attending Legacy. The sports teams don't have the newest and best equipment and the arts department too. Overall, Legacy Christian Academy is by far a standout school.
Legacy has provided me with a Christ-centered "college preparatory" education to the best of their ability. Being a private school in a small town with a small student pool, it's difficult for Legacy to get all the money it needs. Less makes it challenging to find the best teachers for specific jobs. In addition to that, Legacy has a habit of not renewing the teachers who are suited for the job. Legacy's steep tuition is also hard for parents to afford on a middle-class income, so many sports are sub-par, but soccer is a strong contender in playoffs. Being a small private school, Legacy doesn't offer many clubs other than the main sports most high schools have. Legacy has prepared me for college better than public schools in my area would have, but it may not be the best school for your child.
