At Ledyard High School, there are many opportunities for students to be connected, especially through the plethora of available extracurricular activities! Teachers are very knowledgeable in their field and are willing to help every student. The only reason for LHS receiving a four-star rating is due to the fact of the school being quite outdated.

I loved the agricultural program, prepared us students for the real world and turned us into hard workers. I loved my high school I wouldn’t change a single thing!
The small town environment at Ledyard High School is something one definitely can not find at any other high school in the area. The small town allows for the faculty to really get to know the students and have an enhanced learning experience. One thing to be changed at Ledyard High School should be the amount of courses offered. Although it is a small school, more AP, and language courses should be offered to optimize learning opportunities.
