Overall my Lebanon High School experience was exactly as I expected. They're are a lot of students that are uninspired, and have no drive to even show up to their classes. The students who do though are highly successful and are reaching their goals while helping others along the way. The staff and teachers are mostly friendly, but some changes with their actual class curriculum need to be done. Not everyone can read out of a text book and teach themselves how to do their work, and that's how a lot of our classes are run. Some staff also obviously don't want to be there and don't take their jobs very serious. Athletes also get the special treatment from teachers, especially coaches. I'd like to see our school eventually treat all students equal, teach students the importance of a degree, and that school is a safe, warm, and welcoming environment for everyone.

Unless you were involved in sports or you had a parents that works for the school district, you almost didn’t get any help from the admin at the school. Also, the school didn’t really help with bullying in any way, they just swept everything under the rug. Most teachers there, were only there for a paycheck. I only had a couple teachers that actually wanted to help me learn a subject. When I was a student there, I didn’t get much help learning about college or how to get prepared for college. A lot of issues that the school has, the admin just ignore it and hope nobody notices and it needs to change.
Lebanon High School has some amazing teacher who have great interest in the success of their students, with a willingness to go above and beyond.
I would like to see this be the motto of LHS for the entire staff... ABOVE AND BEYOND!
