Lanier High School is honestly the best school in my opinion. Other than the minor bad things such as the food it's outstanding. The teachers are excellent and make sure that the students excel in their classes. There are many opportunities to get the students to be well prepared for college such as College Essential classes and AP classes. If I were a parent needing to enroll my child in a school, I would choose this one.

My experience at Lanier High has been very unique. Lanier has a lot of obstacles you must get over in order to get a good education. We have a team of teacher who actually love their students. We have students who are focus on the goals of their careers, extracurricular activities, or their post educational plan. the problems come in with the maintenance situation. I love my school but we are a very unorganized school. we have classes and programs such as Dual enrollment, CDC, and several AP classes .
Since I've been at Lanier High School I have always like how every teacher/ administration greeted you as you walk onto the school campus. I also like how the student body can come together as a whole to get things done. I like the aid of the Alumni that Lanier has. A strong backbone that is seen vividly throughout the many generations that grant students a reason to strive to be with other members of the school. Yet i don't like the building itself. The building is dilapidated and makes learning there hazardous. Since my 9th grade year every teacher has helped me better myself as a individual to achieve my goal of graduating from high school.
