The things that i like about Lanier is that the admistrators are really involved in the students school life. Offering help when they can. They help duel credit with ordering their college book. They have classes that help you out with homework and with applying to college. The one thing I think should change is to have pep-rally for all sports not just football. They should have pep-rally for soccer, baseball, tenis, basketball ,etc.

As a senior this year, I have many fond memories of high school to reflect upon. I recall my first few days as a freshman and remember how nervous, scared and timid I was. The upperclassmen and teachers were all so very kind and welcoming and willing to show me around and help introduce me to other students. I will never forget how special and comfortable they made me and all the students feel. As I became more acquainted with the school and the activities available, I really knew that i was in the best school ever. I immediately joined the Gold Myth Players, which is our school's theatre club and acted in my first stage play, "Grease". It was an awesome opportunity and great experience. Being in theatre and acting help boost my confidence and gave me the courage to do more activities in the school. I later joined the Vikette dance team and loved being such a part of this team. As a Vikette, I only had the opportunity to learn dance techniques and dance compositions, but how to work as a team, inspire others and learn more about accountability and responsibility. As a student at Lanier High School, I appreciate the teacher and student diversity that was offered and will never forget this cherished and memorable experience.
I loved Lanier High School, and it is an absolute honor to be an alumni. I received the best help from counselors who wanted to help me get into a great college!
