In all honesty you can excel in this school if you truly try and give it your best. Almost everyone is open and friendly around campus, but don't get mixed up in the wrong crowd, every school has them. Academics are sometimes overbearing, but there are many extracurricular things to do here at Langham that would benefit you in your endeavors nonetheless! Try to get yourself involved in the Lobo Pride of our school and enjoy the opportunities and events we host here, you only get to enjoy High School once! The one thing I want you to know is to start studying for the SAT and ACT your Sophomore year. When I mean study, I mean STUDY; it's those tests that will get you to your dream college. The faculty do not stress it enough at Langham so I'm here to let you know in advance. Other than that, you'll be able to find your group of friends and make your four years here an enjoyable one, take care!

I personally really enjoyed Langham Creek (Class of 2019). There was a lot of diversity and brought different perspectives to the campus. What I really enjoyed the most were the teachers. I was inspired by many of them to continue on the path that I am on today. Mr. Michnick taught AP Physics 2 and it was the first time the AP course was offered. What I remembered the most was the opportunity for students to develop an inquiry. Every week, following the end of an exam, we were able to find something we were interested in and do research and conduct experiments to find our answers. I really enjoyed that because it really helped us learn how to develop questions and then seek the answers to them. Thank you Mr. Michnick #HookEm!
From my years at LCHS, I have encountered occasional humiliations and overwhelmed myself with schoolwork. Even so, I sought a group that would challenge my usual routine. I found my Lobo spirit in Color Guard. Following the Color Guard program required physical and mental conditioning. Though we faced obstacles, our efforts proved our dedication to meeting the needs of the team. Attending football games was where I could truly sense our school spirit, in the music, in the chants, in our voice. On-campus, I have recognized the hesitation in the sense of pride within each student. By providing more representation for extracurricular activities and clubs, the school can truly stress the importance of encouraging students to join a program that matches their interests. Until the end of my sophomore year, I was unaware of the Color Guard program. Yet, I am proud of the opportunity given to me to apply my dedication to my passions and I wish for other students to be given that same chance.
