Lakeland high school is highly recommend. The facility is beautiful and has a really nice fitness center open to the community. My kids grew up through Huron Valley schools and felt comfortable once they went to Lakeland. The staff, programs and extra activities is a great for for almost any student! This year has been tough with the pandemic. The school is making the best effort to offer solutions to the students education! Lakeland is a place where I am proud to say my children attend and will be graduates from!
Many people can say many things about their school, good and bad. Yes every school has there cons. Lakeland high school has had a major impact on what I want to do with my life. They partner with a Technical school where you can attend in conjunction with Lakeland. This school offers many classes that explore your career goals. For example I am involved in the Health Sciences class where I've meet many friends and am getting two certificates including my CNA and PCT. Not only did they set me up for college but they have taught me life lessons that I will continue using in my life. On top of that the teachers are fantastic and are always willing to help out when you have a question. The teachers actually care about their students and want them to succeed. They want to hear the students input so they can help everybody in the class succeed. Everyday I walk in to Lakeland I feel so welcomed and feel like I belong. Lakeland is not just a school but it's a family. GO EAGLES!
This school is amazing. The staff create an environment that is safe and have a were all in this together mentality. The opportunity to help each other while learning is incredible. There are also opportunities to grow in all areas including the core areas of learning, leadership, the arts, sports, theater, culinary skills, and much much more! Lakeland High School is a great place to learn!
