Lake Norman was an awesome high school. The teachers, faculty, and staff are very adament about keeping it a safe and welcoming place. Many of the upperclass teachers are outstanding! I really enjoyed this high school.

Overall, my high school experience was really good and I did feel like I got a very good education by going to this high school. I was very lucky to have went to a high school that was correctly funded because my education was very positively impacted and I feel that because of this, I was prepared very well for college. The only thing that I did not really like would be the diversity. My high school was not very diverse when it comes to race or types of people that went there. This didn't really give students a chance to interact with different types of people which could negatively impact us in the future.
Lake Norman isn't the best, but it's also not the worst. I started here in a sport so it really helped that I had a bunch of friends my first year of high school. They had a transition camp and though I was unable to attend it because of marching band, I feel that it was an amazing way to help kids in their transitions to a place they may think is scary. Or they may not. Either way it is helpful. Overall I so far have not had any problems with Lake Norman and I've enjoyed what little time I've spent here. Go Wildcats!
