My children attended from Kindergarten! The academics prepare students for the next step at every grade level. The teachers are all willing to pay extra attention to the students and offer help outside of the classroom. They really care about the students. Once they are ready for High School, the teachers want their students to be prepared and competitive in college. The culture is more of a family amongst all the Laker families. My daughters can play any sport they put their mind to, and they feel welcome on the LMC teams, as it is more an experience in camaraderie. Because the students are taught to be respectful, the teams pull together with their coaches to have great success stories. My graduate is now attending the University of Michigan and got their because of the preparation that LMC gave her.

I have been going to LMC for 13 years and I thank God everyday for the outstanding education I receive, and the wonderful friends and teachers I have gotten to know. Going to a Catholic school is such special and unique experience because it isn’t just a school. The teachers, priests, and other staff members have a special relationship with students that no other school could offer. They don’t just teach, but also treat their students with love and care that they otherwise wouldn’t get. They are willing to put in extra time and effort to make sure that their students keep up with their work and are prepared for the future. Not only do the students get a special education experience, but they also get to live out their religious life in a safe environment, without being afraid of being judged. Students around the world are largely affected by the Catholic schools they go to. My life personally would not be the same without the family I call LMC.
I had 2 children graduate from this school Both were in the top of their class. Both played sports. Their teachers took personal interest in their plans for the future and what was needed to get them to the next step. the small classroom sizes were perfect for those classes that were AP or even college level. These also prepared my kids for the beginning of college. They had lessons in finances, saving, what it means to be on their own away from home. this is not offered in most public schools. it is a college based tract for kids.
