Lake Castle Private School Reviews

3 reviews
Lake Castle is a big feeder school to Benjamin Franklin High School, the number one public high school in Louisiana. The academics here range from terrible to amazing, depending on the teacher. Regarding the faculty, there is very little diversity, both racially and socially, which accounts for the stagnation of the school as a whole. Lake Castle students are known for their expansive knowledge of grammar if they are taught by Mrs. Jane McGovern. Overall, for its price, Lake Castle is a good private school.

When I attended Lake castle, I felt quite prepared for high school; however, the teachers I had during my time there have since then retired or left, so I believe that things may have changed. Nevertheless, I had a good experience and enjoyed my time there. I learned to work hard and to be respectful. And because the class size were typically small, I developed great friendships and bonds with my fellow classmates
Lake Castle provided my children with a fantastic education. The school is diverse, challenging, and caring.
