It’s a great school! The teachers are amazing, and the counselor is great! The students, however, are very critical to others. Cliques are really tight and important here. Mrs. Pittman is an okay teacher, she doesn’t run over the material quite well though. Mrs. Trimble is an amazing teacher, she treats her students like they are elementary students most of the time.

Kossuth High School was an experience I'll never forget, although I hope I will. Kossuth was filled with an abundant of disrespectful and uneducated teachers, however there were a few worth paying attention to. The school had less than little to offer, but I tried my best to get the most out of it. The school is much more focused on athletics and extracurricular activities than the much more important fundamentals of education. The organizational skills of the staff was definitely lacking. I feel less than prepared for college. The bathrooms of the school were disgusting, of course, this is more of the student bodies fault for the destruction. However the lack of respect for the school is mostly the cause. The school is majorly Caucasian. There is only one counselor for the entire school, this creates a problem for students whom do not feel comfortable with the current counselor.
I am currently a senior enrolled at Kossuth high. I enjoy school, the teacher are truly considerate of all the students in there classes and go all out to help you learn better. I highly recommend Kossuth if you want an amazing school time.As we all know though teachers aren't the only thing school revolves around. At Kossuth there are a variety of sports including: football, cheer, dancing, baseball & softball, bowling, volleyball, and much more.
