I have transferred to Klein Oak from Carteret High School in NJ in the middle of Freshman year. Not only was Klein Oak bigger than my old school, but there was much more to it! The teachers are excellent, they treat their students with respect and like we are their own children most of the time. There are so many extracurricular activities you can chose from such as Concert Band/Marching Band, FFA, Dance, Orchestra, Choir, and much more. Almost everyone in that school is friendly and willing to help when you need it. In Sophomore year you can take classes such as Floral Design, Agriculture, Equine Science, Small Animal Management, and much more (I am currently taking Equine Science and Floral Design this semester, next semester I take Small Animal Management). The only thing I would change about that school is more choices in clubs and some improvements on the food there.

I gave this three stars because I know that there are high schools much worse than mine.
Overall, my experience was a mess. Only half the teachers were adequate. The administration, specifically the assistant principles, showed a lot of favoritism toward people(s), so I found a lot of the punishments being administered to students weren't as fair as they could be. Counseling was hardly involved in our academic career. They failed to prepare us for any part of the real world. Athletic coaches were very dysfunctional. However, there is the fact that we were a one-to-one school, meaning that almost every student was supplied with a district owned laptop! Also, the teachers that were capable of dong their job were really good at what they did. Oak wasn't the dirtiest high school I've ever seen. Lastly, I'd also like to add that I am not only speaking from my perspective but from the perspective of others, and also those I've witnessed with my two eyes.
The student population is very positive and has a lot of passion and support of its extracurricular activities, especially towards the arts! The theater, band, choir, and orchestra departments provide a lot of opportunities for any students willing to work hard. The cafeteria food is not the greatest, as they have limited options for students with dietary restrictions, and few healthy choices.
