My experience at Kingsburg High was great. The teachers that I had were always very encouraging and the college and career center was always very helpful when I needed help applying to college. The custodians always had the campus clean and the office lady’s are polite. The only thing that I didn’t really appreciate were the students while attending KHS. During my upperclassmen years, it seemed like the underclass men seemed to be more and more immature. But I’m guessing that’s apart of growing up. Also, Kingsburg is a small town so everyone knows everyone. That’s also another thing that was pretty difficult about Kingsburg was because there was always favoritism like in sports. Coaches would choose players they knew more or whoever’s parents had the most money would run the show. All in all, I believe that the educational level of Kingsburg High School is outstanding.

Overall, Kingsburg High School is a really great school. All of the staff is great and most of the teachers are really invested in their students and look to better each and every students education. Most take of the teachers take the time to really teach in their own unique way and not just hand the students book work every class. The counseling has really helped me to take the next steps in furthering my education after high school by assisting me in applying for college, scholarships, and getting letters of recommendation. In addition, the school environment is safe, my fellow peers are great, and you get a sense of a tight knit community at Kingsburg High.
My overall experience with Kingsburg High School was good. The only thing I would like to see improvement on is having more available resources for students who are struggling with there grades. I remember attending that school my Junior year. I did not do good my Junior year. Next thing I know, I was sent to continuation school the first half of my Senior Year. I wish I would have had more help and more ways to prevent me from missing half of my senior year. I think more one on one tutoring would be more beneficial for students who are struggling.
