The School Campus looks nice and when you go for a knight for a day, it appears to be the perfect little christian school! Its not. Kings forces you to take bible which doesnt seem like an issue, but it is. Freshman bible was the Hardest class I have ever taken with the most unreasonable teacher ever. Most of the honors/ AP class teachers teach very well, so thats a plus. The cafeteria workers are AMAZING and probably the only people who work at Kings that actually care about the students. The food at the arbor is crazy expensive, but the food at the cafeteria never changes and there is nothing healthy to buy. There is a freshman health teacher who most all of the school has noticed is VERY flirty with the students and it is VERY inappropriate. She picks favorites and is overall not a very nice and encouraging person. Kings also overreacts to every situation. Even things that happen outside of school! They have no reason in doing this, they just like to have some drama.
Review King's Schools
I go to kings... It's overall a pretty good school on a beautiful campus! However, the many of the teachers at kings suck! For example one of the health teacher very obviously favors certain studants and is blatantly racist, ignorant to how different people learn, and the list goes on... on top of that she try's to teach an algebra 1 class and is not very good... she doesn't know what she's doing most of the time and the classes average is very low... there are several other teachers like her... there are also some very good teachers that I liked very much but unfortunately the several bad ones ruined my experience...
Coming from a very sincere Christian family, I was placed in King's since 6th grade, the year I came to study abroad from South Korea. This school was very small and cozy, very welcoming as well. I attended this school for 7 years until I graduated from high school, and it was a blast; I loved every bit of my school life here. The music program, especially, was phenomenal in that it was overflowing with opportunities to enter nationwide musical competitions and to go on mission trips to help those in need, both domestic and international.
