Keystone Junior/Senior High School is a great school. The teachers focus everything around education and preparing their students for a future career. The teachers are so involved with a students education that they will stay after school to explain content and provide encouragement. Although, Keystone is quite small, they make the most of what they have. They current rank 61st out of over 600 high schools in PA.

Overall, my experience at Keystone has been a positive one. Most of the teaching staff are very down to earth and are willing to help if you are in need.
If I could change anything, it would be the sports programs. Unfortunately, it seems to be political in that you need to either have the right last name or the money to throw around so that you can play. I'd like to see coaches hired that know absolutely nobody in the district so that ALL players have a true and honest chance at being part of a team.
The teachers here at Keystone go above and beyond what could ever be expected of them. They take the time to make sure each student understands. They take time out of their day to help a struggling student. Many come in early and leave late to give students extra one on one time. It is impressive how many Honors and AP courses have been added to our school over my time in high school. The teachers take these classes seriously, and you work for the grade you deserve. They give out extra materials and set up practices days to come in and see how you would score on the real test. It is about the students success and not theirs. That is what I like about the teachers. I will surely miss this as I go onto the next chapter in my life, but the qualities I have come to appreciate will remain in this school and I will take with me as I venture out into the world. These teachers have so much knowledge that they love to share with us and they are so interested in getting to know students individually. The grading of our work is consistent and they always communicate well with us. I couldn't ask for a better time in high school than at Keystone, and I will sure miss all the positivity and support!
