Growing up in a small town like Kerman is not bad at all. It allows me to connect with others and keep a close relationship. Some people may see it as irritating to live here but you’ll adjust along the way. Some of the things I found very interesting was how welcoming the small businesses here are. Over the past couple of years, Kerman High School has expanded in new academic classes as well as extracurricular activities like staring a new water polo and track team. When it comes to sports, I will admit Kerman does favorite students depends on their family background or how well they are in that sport. I would like for Kerman high to change the way they run their sports program as well as preparing their students, especially seniors, for college. Yes, they are doing a good job but from what I’ve been seeing from other schools, they can for sure do better.

Kerman High School is a fantastic school. I like that we offer a variety of clubs and ROP classes. There are classes for whatever major you want to pursue. Our sportsmanship is great as well. We are very positive and enthusiastic, even when we don't succeed we push each other to do better. We also offer college courses which has been something that I have taken advantage of here at KHS and therefore, I am ahead on college credits. One thing that I would change is the cafeteria food, homemade food would be something that I think students would enjoy instead of processed meals.
Kerman High School has multiple ways of helping students out, from tutoring to applying to college. Kerman's faculty is super helpful; they will help students in any possible way they are able too, even if it is with resources they can not afford to buy. Even the students there super friendly, and will try to direct you in any way they can. Overall Kerman is a very friendly community and the people there encourage you to get involved in all the programs they have. For a small town, they have a lot of extracurricular activities.
