Kennard-Dale High School is a very welcoming place. Students, teachers, and administrators are always helpful and respectful. The academics are demanding, especially with the honors and advanced classes. If you are having difficulty in a class though, the teachers are more than willing to work with you - you just need to ask. I am planning to go to college after high school and I definitely feel like I will be well-prepared academically. Outside of the classroom, there are a variety of clubs and activities available for students to participate in. There are a lot of clubs that help support diversity and unity which is valuable. There is something for everyone.

Kennard-Dale has allowed me to make some great friends and memories. Although my senior year was cut short, I wouldn't trade my time there for anything. Sometimes the administration weren't the best in my opinion, they still did a good job. If I could change one thing, I would change the area. I wish we had more things to do around the school and outside of school as well. I would've loved to been able to go out to eat lunch or even go home. Overall, Kennard-Dale was a great place for me; the school isn't too big or too small in my opinion. Everyone will know everyone, especially the teachers and the parents. I also enjoyed how everyone here was so close.
I have had a great time while at Kennard-Dale for my high school life. The teachers are very nice and know what they are doing, as well as open to helping out students or just talking with them if they are having a rough day. I think there are plenty of fun and interesting courses to take. there were a number of them I wanted to take that I just didn't have the time to. There is a decent mix of clubs and activities but more could be made to have more variety. The food has been good for the most part in my experiences, although sometimes the quality is a bit poor. As far as the student community goes, its a bit of a mixed bag. Some are nice, and some are not. Overall though I have to say, I'd happily spend more time at the school if It was necessary, because I like all of my teachers and have had a great time here.
