My experience with my former High School has been great! I felt like I learned a lot, made some great friends, and really improved myself as a person while attending the school. I found my interest in computers while at the school and am now majoring in Computer Animation and Game Development at my college now. If you were a friendly person and knew people's boundaries you would get along with people just fine. The teachers are pretty good and they really built me up to get ready for the world after high school.
The first thing new students/teachers notice when they first start coming to this school is the substantial lack of interstudent bullying/prejudice. The teachers here are amazing! They really try to make sure students truly understand and learn the material. The counselors are outstanding, constantly doing everything they can to make sure that we students are comfortable/ not in danger, etc. Even the lunch staff actually make real food with mostly locally grownsources/produce for breakfast and luch. Our Ag. Department(FFA, metal shop, mechanics shop, etc) is one of the best in Northern California, and we actually are currently building a new 3 million dollar metal/wood shop!
Kelseyville High school has a very low percentage of students enrolled per class grade which developed the opportunity to better interact with the teachers, being able to get the assistance and a "one on one" opportunity to better improve you academic skills. Overall my 4 years at Kelseyville high school I would change the variety of clubs offered to a student as there are not very many.
