I can't say enough of the school and teachers. We had a rough year with being on DL but the teachers were great. When we went back to school for the 2 days and then the 4 days. Again nothing but support from the teachers to all the staff. Love the school and how they make the children interact. Even the shy kids like my son has opened up a lot. He's did track and field in 7th now Cross Country in 8th. Athletics has been the best thing for him as well. The coaches are the best too!
Katherine L. Albiani Middle School was looked at as a kind environment to others because it is what the school preached but their actions showed otherwise. The school was more worried about a young ladies top showing her shoulders rather than her education. The school showed their racism and biased views, they favored the white students over other races. As I did attend this school I felt uncomfortable and unsafe in the environment. I do not recommend this school.
The teachers doesn’t respond to your emails. There’s no teacher-parent conference suggested when you email them. Our kid probably just another student among the rest unless he/she is a top student in class. It’s a big culture shock seeing the communication and interaction level between teaches and parents (and students) at grade school to middle school.
