My overall experience at this school has just been okay and I say that because sometimes I feel like this school is way too strict and serious at times. For instance, one day it was very cold and raining at school to the point where the jackets most kids have aren't warm enough so they brought little blankets to keep them warm on campus and the next day they made an announcement saying not to wear blankets. I didn't see what was so wrong about wanting to be warm. The blanket didn't cause any distractions or problems so I just didn't understand what the big deal was. The other this is that they don't allow hoods at school so it's like what CAN we use to keep warm and away from the rain especially since everyone isn't going to want to carry an umbrella around. I think I would choose this school again because even though they go to the extreme, I think it's a really good school academically and that it will help me achieve the goals I want to achieve.

I believe that some teachers don't actually teach at the school they are just giving a bunch of facts without explaining it to the students. Outside of the classroom the teachers are great people and are good conversationalist but sometimes in the classroom I feel like people are constantly like wait what? What is he/she talking about? This isn't all teachers just a select few that I have come across so far.
I think this school is very safe. Nothing major ever happens at Bishop because there is always security and staff on campus watching our every move. I feel like they have provided what is needed to ensure a safe community and more.
