Leavitt is a good school. I wouldn't say the best though. Leavitt claims that they are the best middle school in the country but, I can't believe that. 6th grade is the worst year, this is just because a lot of the teachers are bad and then once you move on towards 7th grade you'll have the best teachers. Also it seems that 6th grade bearly gives you anything, it seems it is just a advanced elementary school. The last bad thing about this school, is how they deal their situation. They do tell the parents immediately but they do some dumb things. Ever since eighth grade, the lunch line was getting too crowded, instead of expanding or setting stuff us, they act like we were first graders. We would have to raise our hand, and that does not prepare eighth graders for high school. This is only one specific example.

I’ve been going on three years at this school, and it’s been a pretty good experience. Our principal, admin, and many of the teachers are excellent, though I can’t say the same for some. Very few of the teachers don’t really care, make subjects confusing, and don’t teach very well. For the most part, though, my experience at this school has been awesome.
I have been a student there for three years. It was an amazing experience. The teachers tried to find engaging ways to help students with their academic work and supported them in any clubs they participated in.
