The amount of diversity in this school will make anyone feel included! There are LQBTQ+ support groups, anti-suicide campaigns, Japanese animation and culture clubs, chess club, Spanish club, IB, orchestra and choir! Alongside those amazing clubs there are programs that support those clubs, such as, the Art classes, the principal himself and we as a collective community! At Judson, no one is excluded for any reason. The academia is above average and surprisingly good for a school that boasts over three thousand students on any given school day and I've never felt endangered at Judson. There are cameras and officers around every corner; if you need help, don't be afraid to ask! They're really friendly once you get to know them. I can't say much for the sports program, seeing as I'm not in it, but the Judson Rockets smash any other team in the near area!
Review Judson High School
What i liked about Judson was all of the opportunities they had for you to join. I've been in band, student council and their FFA program. All of these electives are enjoyable, amusing, and interesting. I wouldn't have changed to anything else. In band all there was, was entertainment, a lot teamwork and sometimes one on one assignments. Student council is such a great way to find new friends and get your community hours on! The FFA program is so wonderful if you're interested in learning about animals.
I love the TAG program! It has a creative view on learning, a flexible and inventive lesson plan for each class, and great teachers. I would love to be in their IB-program too, which my boyfriend loves, but it's unfortunately not available to my class because of lack of funding is doing away with it. The school is nice, and I love my teachers. Some of the rules are silly, and some kids are reckless and stupid, but hey, it's high school. It's part of the deal.
