Jubilee Christian School Reviews
Rating 5 out of 5 8 reviews
I have been a student at Jubilee Christian School ever since kindergarten and I have loved it from the beginning. The teachers and staff make a welcoming, Christ-centered environment for each and every student. It is not a cooped-up-in-chairs kind of school day. Everything is hands-on and interactive. The teachers are always ready to answer your questions and propel you towards success. The curriculum is not teach to test, but rather teach to learn and I have a lot of fun while learning. I loved measuring our digestive system with yardsticks in second grade, reading Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and going to The Original Mattress Factory in third grade, and experiencing an absolutely superb trip to Washington D.C. during our overnight field trip in sixth grade! ASU is the most fun! For eight years I have received an amazing education, I’ve made lots of friends and I still remember facts from all of those units and field trips! Jubilee is a fun, educational, school like no other.
This is our child's second year at Jubilee. We are very happy with the education he is receiving, both academically and spiritually. It often feels more like a family than a school since it is a small school where all of the staff get to know all of the students and truly care about them. The small class size also allows for a much more personalized educational experience where each child's needs can be more effectively met. A Christian educational model, including learning Bible verses and applying them to daily life, is present in all grades. Parents are welcome and encouraged to be involved in the school. I would strongly recommend Jubilee to anyone looking for a quality school for their K-8th grade student!
Both of my daughters have gone to Jubilee. My older one did K-3rd in public school and she Hated school and was struggling academically. We transferred her to Jubilee for 4th-6th grade and she now Loves learning and has overcome her reading struggles. She graduated from Jubilee with honors. The small class sizes allow the teachers to help each student on an individual level and they make learning Fun for students! I also appreciated the emotional and spiritual support the teachers and staff gave to my daughters throughout the years. It has been a blessing to have a place to send my kids where they can grow in their faith and academics. We have also loved their hands on learning approach and the monthly field experiences are Awesome and add so much to the curriculum.
I cannot say enough good things about this school. It was exactly the school home we needed for our family.
