This Academy has helped me reach out and grow mentally, spiritually, and physically. With many one on one interactions with my teachers I am able to help understand the material and I’ve grown unafraid to ask for excess help. With mass every Wednesday and a religion class I’ve learned more about my faith throughout the year, as well as I can see Christ through my fellow students. Physically I never believed I would be able to play basketball, my hand eye coordination is terrible but our coach Mr.Obrien and the team helped me learn and led me on to be a starter for the varsity team. This school has helped me in many ways and I appreciate all factors of it, it is unlike any school I’ve been to before.

I enrolled in Juan Diego Academy as a junior and my experience has been transcendent. There are not many students which makes the teacher-student interaction better than schools with many students. With the help of our teachers, my classmates and I have been able to get into the college we wanted.
I had a very warm welcome at Juan Diego Academy and this paved the four years for me into one of the best experiences in my life. Coming from a Catholic family, it was a relief to attend private schools my whole life; Juan Diego Academy was the better of the two schools I attended. The school body was comprised of a total 110 students and this is not the norm in most schools. Having this small campus allowed us to form bonds that will serve for a lifetime: I still talk to my classmates on a regular basis since they are my best friends. Although Juan Diego Academy gave me an amazing experience, it still needs improvement just like anything else. A decline in quality of teaching occurred as the years progressed due to fewer students attending Juan Diego Academy. The issue is generating money and I strongly feel that if Juan Diego Academy fixes the money issue, it will be just how I remember it my freshman year.
