My experience at Josey High School was OK. Josey isn't diversit majority of the school is black, and we have wonderful teachers. I've been involved with my school since 9th grade. I've played sports such as softball, soccer, basketball and i also cheered. My grades have been amazing yearly round and i maintained a 3.6 on a 4.0 scale. I've also been in National Honors Society Upward Bound, and AFJROTC. My opinion is that Josey isn't that bad of a school but they also have a lot of cons such as fighting, and students skipping school.

I like some of the teachers because they care about our education so much, that they would push us to the limit. You don't see to many teacher's that actually care about their students education, as if the child was theirs. Then we really don't have that much resources as other school's, but we make it work. I consider Josey as a home because we are a family. Things would be a lot different if we had updated materials .
My experience at Josey High School was very much fun. Students and staff make you feel like you’re at home and everyone is helpful. Academically, you get a lot of one on one help and attention. Every year I see progression in Josey High school and I believe it’ll keep on growing.
