Joseph C. Wilson Magnet High School is an International Baccalaureate school where the classes are college based. Me being a rising senior, I take IB classes which really puts your mind in the right direction for college. I love the fact that the teachers actually help you when you ask them the first time. Even thought it is a very small high school unlike others, the diversity is really up there so no kids really feel left out -- which is an amazing thing. Although there might be some altercations with the students, the Wilson family is really close. I'm actually proud and excited to graduate from one of the best schools in the nation; I know it will look good for my college applications.
Going here was fine, the teachers were amazing, and extremely supportive, if you needed anything they were willing to help you, even on their lunch break. The reason why I did not give it all 5 stars was because sometimes the students would get extremely rowdy in the halls and would have to sometimes be stopped by the security guards. The actual education was wonderful but the school did not have much money to spend on the students for text books and electronic equipment and the kids were not always best behaved.
