Going to this school for many years I gained many friendships that I still enjoy today. Due to the small size of the school, it's no surprise that it feels like family. Yet, the other reviews stating the "after school activities", clubs, counselors, SAT prep, and cafeteria are not accurate at all. The school lacks extracurricular activities of any sort (sports, arts, student gov., etc.) and there is really no emphasis on college prep. Also, there is no actual cafeteria, just a small eating area in the back with a microwave. The "library" is no more than a conference table and some old encyclopedias on a few bookcases. The textbooks are mostly falling apart and incredibly old. The bathrooms leave much to be desired. Although I have some wonderful memories from the school in terms of the connections I made with other students, I wish it had offered me opportunities outside of strictly academics and better learning facilities on campus.

As a student I not only learned how to excel academically, but also as a person. This school is amazing, offering honors and college level courses that put it ahead of other schools while still going at a forgiving and amazing pace.
Honestly, this school is amazing. It may be ridiculed based on it's small size but its academics are great, the teacher treat you like family, and it's a fun learning environment.
