The Joliet High School in Montana is absolutely amazing. The kids are very friendly and the teachers are all beyond amazing! All of the teachers are willing to help the students and the teachers help prepare students for college. There is tons of activities and clubs that are available to students of all ages from younger grades up to high school. The high school also has an awesome MBI mentoring program to help out younger students who struggle giving them someone older to look up to and talk to. There is a variety of classes that one can take, and there is tons of opportunities!

This school is definitely trying; you can see that they are putting forth effort into the quality of their school, however, all of this effort seems to go to the wrong areas. They put a ridiculous amount of resources and efforts into sports and music programs, but little into much else. I have attended 3 high-schools and this one is the furthest behind in the technology department, it is difficult for me to function and learn here due to this. Yet, the greatest hole in their high-schools system is the lack of anti-bullying/suicide efforts, I am appalled by the lack of sympathy in this school, by staff and students. I am bisexual and scared to come out because of the hostile environment that is being built up by the communities naivety to these subjects. I find it difficult to perform to the best of my capabilities at Joliet High School.
Joliet High School has only about 150 students. I like the small class sizes. Being able to communicate freely between peers. I like how the connection between teachers and students is always professional and yet supportive.

I would like to see the implementation of more electives that give a broader variety of choices to those students who want to participate in something other than what is currently offered.
