Located in San Antonio Texas, Johnson high school has proved to be a great school over the past four years that I have been there. With such encouragement and helpful teachers, I have been able to learn and focus on my future career path. The diversity at Johnson exposes students to work with other students of different culture or social groups. Johnson also offers many classes particularly custom to each individual student. Clubs such as HOSA (Health Occupation Students of America) have given me more involvement and experience. Johnsons sports is also a great program for students to join as it includes a variety of sports including soccer, football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, tennis, golf, cheer, and track. Johnson does a great job keeping its students safe and away from harms way. In the end Johnson is a great school and I would 100% recommend it!

I love connecting with my teachers as well as my friends. The teachers I have gotten have been amazing. It was more than just them standing in front of the room teaching the curriculum. I had a better understanding of the material because they were not rude to help me. I didn't feel stupid with all the questions I asked, they were very helpful. One thing I didn't like was the crowded hallways. The hallways were narrow, so it was hard to get around. Every corner or intersection was a traffic jam. I am on the dance team and I love it! I just with we got more recognition around the school, like the cheerleaders. We both work very hard.
I have been attending Johnson all four years of high school and I am about to graduate soon this year! My time at Johnson has been amazing and I have learned so much there. Not only have I made amazing friends but I feel that the teachers have truly prepared me for college. Although I love the academics and the resources, Johnson does not have the best diversity or school culture. I am personally mixed race and there have been many times that I have felt outcasted. Despite this I have still found amazing people. I am a little sad to leave Johnson but I am more excited for what the future has in store for me next.
