John Mills Elementary School Reviews

class size wasn’t too big but wasn’t too small either which i actually loved because i knew everyone within the community. The teachers were nice and loved teaching and knew how to bond with students. The school is really ghetto though and there’s not a lot of smart people in it. However, there’s also a big percentage of polish and Italians. This school does have opportunities for kids with both higher and lower academic skills which is quite nice. they offer enrichment classes and classes for kids who need extra help. However i wish the school engaged students more in sports and clubs because they extremely lacked that. Overall it’s a decent school if your kid knows how to stay focused and not to surround themselves by a bad crowd. Parents have to know how to keep their kids prioritized and in check. I also wanna say the administration people were extremely rude and not welcoming at all. Food was also terrible for kids, no healthy options.
